Are you an experienced solicitor looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Financial Mis-selling Solicitor to join their growing team. Specializing in financial disputes, this firm is known for its expertise in protecting consumers' rights, and they're looking to expand as their caseload grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a varied caseload of financial mis-selling claims, including pensions, investments, and other financial products.
  • Manage all aspects of the claims process, from client onboarding to settlement negotiations.
  • Provide clear and practical advice to clients on the merits of their claims.
  • Liaise with financial institutions, opposing counsel, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up to date with changes in financial regulation and relevant case law.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1+ years of PQE.
  • Proven track record in financial mis-selling, consumer finance, or financial services litigation.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet targets.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
