Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore buses following accidents or damage, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
- Carry out structural repairs, bodywork, and panel replacements as required.
- Inspect buses for faults and wear, and provide necessary maintenance to keep them in top working order.
- Work closely with the team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to company specifications.
- Maintain and use tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Ensure all work complies with industry safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience as a Coach Builder, ideally in the bus or automotive industry.
- Ability to repair and rebuild bus bodies and components to a high standard.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and repair techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
