The Package
- Basic Salary - up to £55,000
- 5% Bonus
- 37.5 hours a week
- Hybrid (after probation) 3 at home & 2 in the office

What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for liaising with Contractors & STROMA
- You will be responsible for training contractors in new processes and legislation.
- You will confidently guide Clients through the planning application process
- Have experience working through specification problems with Building Inspectors
What you’ll need to have:
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Friendly and helpful manner with the ability to handle work calmy under pressure
- Excellent, current Building Regs knowledge
- The ability to mentor contractors allowing them to develop independently
