Pre Litigation Executive

Our client is a highly respected law firm specializing in personal injury law. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Litigation Executive to join their expanding Personal Injury team.

As a Pre-Litigation Executive, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims during the pre-litigation stage. Your focus will be on progressing cases efficiently while achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in personal injury law looking to further their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including RTA (Road Traffic Accidents), EL (Employers Liability), and PL (Public Liability) claims.
• Gather relevant evidence, including medical reports, witness statements, and supporting documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and third parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the claims process.
• Prepare cases for potential litigation, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken in line with procedural timelines.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to ensure a smooth handover of cases that progress to formal litigation.
• Use case management software to track case progress and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at all times.

• Previous experience in personal injury law, specifically in a pre-litigation role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims handling, including RTA, EL, and PL cases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with case management systems and legal technology.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A degree in law or relevant legal qualification is preferred but not essential.
