RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, well-established manufacturer based in Blackburn who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their small, friendly team.
As part of a team of 3 Credit Controllers, this role would be responsible for ensuring prompt payment and managing the debt of the business across several divisions.
Duties include:
- Chasing payments for overdue invoices
- Investigating and resolving any orders on hold
- Monitoring the debtor account balances
- Responding to customer queries
- Reconciling accounts
- Setting up new customer accounts and updating existing customer records
- Posting and allocating cash
- Raising invoices/credit notes
This role would be ideal for someone with experience working as a Credit Controller and is comfortable managing their own ledger.
