We are always looking for talented/aspiring Higher Education Officers to join our client’s team and help them support young people into university.Higher Education OfficersLancashire£24,570Full time 37.5 per week (Hybrid working available)Reed Further Education are proud to be working with an education charity that trust every young people can access higher education.Day to Day of the role;• Working with A Level students to deliver a programme of study aimed at improving their chance of accessing university.• Delivering relevant workshops – for example UCAS application sessions and communication skills workshops.• Supporting students to access specific subject tutoringRequirements;• A strong understanding of higher education• A passion for improving social mobility of young people from underprivileged areas• A working knowledge of safeguarding and the responsibility within education• Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently"All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
