Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a SHE Administrator to add to their talented, hardworking team in Samlesbury on an initial 10 months contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same. This role will be offering 27.79 Umbrella per hour inside IR35
The role:
This Business Administrative role will support the Air Sector Safety Health & Environment (SHE) function transition to a new online Safety Management System. It will involve preparing for the movement of data between the existing and new systems, supporting stakeholder engagement activities and trials and answering queries on the new system.

Tasks:

* Providing end users with training, guidance and support on the new system
* Participating in administrative tasks associated with the administration of the system
* Coordinating Shield stakeholder meetings
* Participating in key activities as part of the deployment plan, such as communications, data migration, setting up user permissions, data verification, User Acceptance Testing & developing and maintaining webpages

You:

* Proven employee communications and engagement skills
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service to a wide variety of stakeholders
* Experience of collating, analysing and presenting information
* Excellent IT skills -MS Office and Excel
