Customer Service/Sales Advisor £24,000- £26,000- Full time permanent- Blackburn***A lovely company to be part of***Due to continued growth our client is currently seeking an additional Customer Service/Sales Advisor for an immediate start. Based in a busy sales/customer service office in Blackburn, you will be required to provide support to both the Sales team and the Operations department, the role includes but is not limited to:
  • Answering the telephones
  • Responding to emails
  • Providing quotations to clients
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Building & Maintaining Customer relationships
  • Organising and booking couriers
  • Ensuring Orders are Packaged & Completed
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • General Administrative Duties
The ideal candidate will be a hard working, highly motivated and committed individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a dynamic approach to their work. This role offers genuine opportunity for progression and an annual pay review, but most importantly an incredible and very happy working environment.To be a success in this role you will require a positive and outgoing personality, being able to work both individually and as part of a team of very supportive and experienced colleagues. Proficiency with using all Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Excel are essential along with excellent Customer Service skills.
