Our client who specialises in wholesale and distribution are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their growing team based in Blackburn. Your primary focus will be to deliver professional customer support to all clients over the telephone and via email.

Salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (pro rata)

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, buyers and third parties
  • Responsible for handling front line telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Be a dedicated contact and manage relationships with customers, both internal and external
  • Process a new customer applications ensuring that all personal details are accurate
  • Resolving any complaints or queries in a timely manner

  • Proven experience in a customer support role is essential
  • Strong numerary and literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers supporting with complaints or queries
  • Professional and clear communicator, confident telephone manner
  • Good data processing skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
