About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining master data within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures and controls. You'll support both finance and operational teams by processing daily requests, validating bank details, and analyzing financial data. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role ideal for those looking to advance their career in finance. You will be mentored, solve problems independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires experience working with large data sets, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing change and set-up requests in SAPValidating bank details using third-party software

  • Extracting and analyzing data from financial systems (SAP preferred)

  • Combining data from various sources to generate meaningful insights

  • Identifying and resolving anomalies in data

  • Managing daily inbox requests

  • Inputting and coding data into ERP systems

  • Collaborating with other departments on approvals and requests

  • Identifying and mitigating risks in processes and controls

  • Preventing outdated or incorrect data in the ERP system

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, transactional environment (Essential)

  • Experience using SAP (Desirable)

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Finance/accounting qualifications or experience in a financial setting

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work effectively within a team

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting KPIs and SLAs

  • Strong time management and workload management skills

  • Experience working with large data sets and analyzing transactions
