Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support individual students and small groups with their learning needs.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
  • Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
  • Foster a love of learning and curiosity in all students.
What We're Looking For:
  • Passion for Education: A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational journey.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with students and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and classroom tasks efficiently.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Qualifications: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
