We are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school just outside Blackburn. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role offering an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff across all year groups (EYFS to Year 6).
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance learning.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Assist with the learning needs of children, including those with SEN (experience desirable but not essential).

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Proven experience across primary age groups.
