Teaching Assistant - Blackburn:

Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join one of our schools near Blackburn. This role is to start in January.

Position Details:

  • Hours: 8:45am-3:45pm
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full time/part time: Full time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
  • Start date: Jan 2025
  • End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training and Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desirable but training can be provided)
  • Level 2 Teaching assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Team Teach Qualification would be highly desirable

- Hold Right to Work in the UK- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application- Provide two professional references
