Spencer Clarke Group is seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in a welcoming primary school. This position offers the potential to transition from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Year 4 teacher with the delivery of the curriculum.
  • Assist with small group and individual learning.
  • Cover the class for 1 hour per week.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) (desirable).
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance, Childcare, or equivalent.
  • Experience with the Year 4 curriculum.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • SEN experience (desirable).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
