We are currently seeking an immediately available and experienced HR Business Partner to work in a strategic, yet operationally bias role to partner key stakeholders and drive change programmes.

Description
As HR Business Partner, reporting into the HR Director, you'll work closely with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives. Supporting both Group functions and the wider organisation, you'll drive change, optimise ways of working, and champion a high-performance culture.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement a progressive people strategy.
- Provide expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Organisational Development & Change
- Lead organisational design projects to optimise the people operating model.
- Support the delivery of a management and leadership development programme to strengthen capability.
Employee Relations & Policy Development
- Oversee the development and roll-out of employee relations policies, ensuring best practice and compliance.
- Provide expert advice on complex ER matters, fostering a positive workplace culture.
HR Projects & Transformation
- Support the implementation of a new HRIS, enhancing efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and employee experience.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Work alongside a well-tenured HR team, known for its strong reputation and influence in the business.
This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the Blackburn office and occasional international travel (quarterly or half-yearly).
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong HR background within a fast-paced and highly commercial environment
- Proven strategic experience with the ability to deliver operational where required
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
- Experience in HRIS implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and a proven ability to deliver results
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, and ideally with experience of international employment law
- Experience in managing complex projects, including organisational change and culture development
You will need to be available to be in an office environment for 3 to 4 days per week - with flexibility to working hours when needed.
Job Offer
This role offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (dependant on experience), plus a suite of benefits.
