- Managing month-end reporting, including P&L and monthly accounts reviews
- Managing accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Creating budget and forecast templates
- Consolidating and reviewing overhead budgets and forecasts, leading monthly reviews
- Overseeing the financial management of all overhead departments within the Group to maximise profitability, while challenging spending and headcount to identify and capitalise on opportunities
- Presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Acting as the primary finance contact for your business unit, partnering across multiple divisions
- Conducting analysis for overhead leads and group reporting
- Creating presentation materials that summarise forecast/budget data and highlight any variances
- Preparing weekly flash reports, monthly order intake reports, and live projections for year-end
- Identifying continuous process improvements and efficiencies within your business area
