The Role
- Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring high standards of work and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
- Assist with workflow management and resource planning.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and added value for clients.
About You
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in leading audits, preferably within a practice environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
