The Role
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring all assignments are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Lead and develop a team of auditors, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term, trusted relationships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant UK audit regulations and internal procedures.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth.
About You
- ACA/ACCA qualification with significant post-qualification experience.
- A proven track record of managing audits and leading teams in a practice setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK audit standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for added value.
