As a Commercial Finance Manager based in Blackburn, you will play a key role in supporting business leaders to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. You will develop strong, credible relationships with leadership and management teams, providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support to drive operational performance.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and review of internal management information, working closely with a team of commercial finance professionals. You will also contribute to key decision-making processes, using your business partnering skills to challenge and support the business in achieving its goals.

• Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with leadership and management teams, gaining a deep understanding of the business to provide tailored financial insights.

• Financial Analysis: Analyse complex financial data and communicate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of commercial finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Strategic Support: Contribute to key business decisions, using your expertise to challenge and support leadership in achieving operational and financial goals.

• Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).

• Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring a team, with a passion for fostering professional development.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in consultancy, business strategy, or professional services is preferred but not essential.
