Finance Business Partner | Blackburn | £45-50k

A globally recognised business services provider is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role will focus on financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive EBITDA performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in finance or commercial roles, ideally within the travel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial performance by identifying risks and growth opportunities.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Provide data-driven insights to support key business initiatives.

• Analyse financial data to assess commercial opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enhance profitability.

• Offer commercial analysis and contribute to trading discussions.

• Support decision-making with detailed financial reporting and insights.

• Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.

• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
