About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, rigour, and challenge into the reported numbers for our divisional business. You will work closely with regional operations teams to improve reporting, identify opportunities, and maximise EBITDA.

As a highly acquisitive business needs a finance expert who can efficiently integrate acquisitions into the business, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting to track performance against expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Budgeting - Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles, ensuring accurate, detailed, and timely reports.

Business Partnering - Work with regional management teams to drive performance, highlight opportunities, and maximise profitability.

Month-End Reporting - Ensure financial accuracy and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast.

Management Reporting - Prepare monthly business review packs and continuously improve financial insights and KPIs.

Project & Initiative Support - Support operational teams in financial modelling, tracking risks/opportunities, and ensuring profitability on static sites.

What We're Looking For

A commercially minded Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA finance professional with experience in business partnering

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting

Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams to drive efficiency and profitability

Experience in acquisitions or integration is a plus
