Salary: £40K DOE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our client’s team. Known for their commitment to growth and customer satisfaction, they have established a solid reputation for delivering top-notch products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inputting bank expenses and assisting with bank reconciliation.
- Preparing monthly and year-end accounts.
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Maintaining accurate cash flow records.
- Preparing and processing payroll.
- Completing VAT returns.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Following up on outstanding debts.
**Candidate Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- A high level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
