About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Finance Department for a Finance Transformation Lead. This key position sits within the Business Improvement and Internal Controls (BIIC) Team and plays a pivotal role in driving performance measurement and continuous improvement across Finance processes and controls.

The Finance Transformation Lead will oversee the effectiveness of financial controls, ensure adherence to established processes, and identify opportunities to enhance and streamline financial operations across multiple business entities.

Reporting directly to the Head of BIIC, the successful candidate will work as part of an 8-person team and collaborate closely with Group Finance, transactional teams, Country Finance teams, and Operations to design and implement sustainable, impactful improvements.

Success in this role will be built on strong relationship management, a passion for driving beneficial change, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of an Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework across the Group, ensuring alignment with best practice standards.

  • Drive transformation and standardisation of key financial processes across entities to align with Group-wide policies.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement across all organisational levels to support alignment and successful project delivery.

  • Conduct performance reviews and progress assessments to monitor and ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed a controls-driven culture and foster process excellence.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on project progress to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Support the development and harmonisation of financial policies across the Group and individual entities, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency.

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Accountant with strong experience and knowledge of financial controls.

  • Proven ability to manage data and produce high-quality, insightful information.

  • High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Desirable: Power BI / Advanced Excel skills.
