Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including booking crew and arranging travel and accommodation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and ensure a warm welcome for office visitors.
- Monitor and manage the supply of stationery and kitchen stock items.
- Handle general clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and mail/telephone correspondence.
Working Hours, salary and benefits:
- Full-time, 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
- £27,000 per annum

Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in logistics coordination.
- Strong IT skills and organisational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
