Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking an Administrator to become an integral part of a busy Blackburn Sales Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including booking crew and arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and ensure a warm welcome for office visitors.
  • Monitor and manage the supply of stationery and kitchen stock items.
  • Handle general clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and mail/telephone correspondence.

Working Hours, salary and benefits:

  • Full-time, 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • £27,000 per annum

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in logistics coordination.
