Job Title: Attendance Officer
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £105 - £125 per day
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Attendance Officer to join an AP in Blackburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance, making home visits, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and record student attendance.Identify and address patterns of non-attendance.Make home visits to improve student attendance.Work closely with families, carers, and external agencies.Maintain accurate attendance records and reports.Implement strategies to improve overall attendance rates.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Attendance Officer or a similar role.Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation.Valid driving license and access to a car.Business insurance for car.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and contribute to their academic success.
