As a Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm while managing client service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Providing strategic advice, focusing on accounts and cloud-based solutions to support clients’ growth
• Driving business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand service offerings
• Supporting the firm’s strategic plans, contributing to growth and innovation
• Mentoring and developing teams to excel in both traditional and cloud-based accountancy services
• Reviewing and signing off work, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality
• Championing technology-driven approaches and cloud adoption for efficiency and modernisation

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Significant experience in a senior role within an accountancy practice
• Expertise in accounts, with a strong understanding of cloud-based solutions
• A proven ability to manage and grow client portfolios
• Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams
• Commercial acumen and a track record of driving business development
• Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach

• £100,000 - £140,000 per annum
