DCS Tech is excited to partner with a leading Motor Finance company searching for a Head of CRM to drive their customer engagement strategy. What You'll Do:
- Craft and Execute Winning CRM Strategies: Develop and implement dynamic CRM strategies that increase conversion rates and boost both new acquisitions and customer retention.
- Lead a Growing Team: Mentor and inspire a small CRM team, with the opportunity to scale as the business grows. You'll foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive Campaign Success: Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, content, and product to design, launch, and manage successful CRM campaigns.
- Leverage Data & Insights: Analyze CRM activities, focusing on performance and customer insights to continuously improve the customer journey.
- Boost Customer Lifetime Value: Develop strategies that increase Customer Lifetime Value (LCV), building stronger, long-lasting relationships in motor finance.
- Own All CRM Channels: Take charge of activating and optimizing CRM channels, ensuring you're reaching your audience with tailored messages at the right time.
- Enhance Omnichannel Experience: Work alongside stakeholders to deliver a seamless, integrated customer experience across all touchpoints, both digital and in-person.
- Innovate with CRM Tools: Use cutting-edge tools and data analytics to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously seek new ways to innovate, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motor finance CRM.
- Bonus points if you have experience with tools like CDPs (e.g., Segment) and CRM platforms like Mailjet or Mautic!

Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum
Location: Blackburn
Working Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
