A local business in Blackburn is looking for Administrators to join their team on a long-term temporary basis to start as soon as possible. The role will initially be an ongoing temporary contract but could be made into a permanent role for the right person. This role is available due to internal development as the team is now expanding therefore, seeking support on a temporary basis to join their business.

The Role:

  • Sitting in on crucial meetings
  • Taking minutes via a laptop
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team
  • Taking the detailed notes and inputting the information on the system
  • Manning emails
  • Ad-hoc administration
  • Arranging, and attending meetings via Microsoft teams
  • Dealing with requests via email
  • Processing DBS’s and/or references

You:

  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent minute taking skills/typing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in taking minutes - essential!
  • Administration experience
  • Well organised
  • Working on own initiative
