The Role:
- Sitting in on crucial meetings
- Taking minutes via a laptop
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team
- Taking the detailed notes and inputting the information on the system
- Manning emails
- Ad-hoc administration
- Arranging, and attending meetings via Microsoft teams
- Dealing with requests via email
- Processing DBS’s and/or references
You:
- Organisational skills
- Excellent minute taking skills/typing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Computer literate
- Experience in taking minutes - essential!
- Administration experience
- Well organised
- Working on own initiative
