You must have a formal electrical or electronic qualification, such as City and Guilds, HNC or equivalent.
A proven record of wiring control panels using control / switch gear, PLCs, servo and a.c. inverters (Variable Speed Drives) is essential.
The successful candidate will also have a good working knowledge of the relevant electrical and safety standards, with the ability to read and understand electrical and schematic diagrams.

Layout and wire control panels, looms or systems
Test and document all relevant work
Some installation and on-site work
