Are you a proactive and dedicated Human Resources professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator who will play a key role in enhancing HR functions within a dynamic organisation. This position is ideal for someone who is in the early stages of their HR career who has had previous HR administrative experience.  

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, preparing adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Administer new starter and leaver processes, including preparing contracts and managing employment paperwork.
  • Provide HR support and advice to line managers, assisting with HR processes and note-taking during formal meetings.
  • Manage HR-related databases and systems, ensuring accurate data entry for absences, holiday leave, and training records.
  • Support the development and maintenance of digital and paper-based employee 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Salary, hours and benefits:

  • Salary up to £30,000
  • Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm
