Transaction Manager required in Blackburn, Lancashire
5 day working week including alternate weekends
Basic salary + Commission with OTE £66,400
The role:
Maximising car sales volume and profit through motivating, coaching and developing the Car Sales team, ensuring each customer receives the highest level of customer service. Assisting with campaigns and sales events, maximising commercial opportunities. Managing the supply of vehicles in line with the local market and sales trends.
Requirements:
A proven record in the Automotive industry with car sales volumes and customer service scores (CSi, Mystery Shoppers etc);
Excellent customer retention;
The ability to motivate a team;
A full UK driving licence, free from excessive points.
This would suit an experienced Car Sales Executive ready to take the next step in their career towards Sales Management.
