What You Bring

  • A proven track record of success in a QHSE leadership role (or Quality leadership position with HSE / NEBOSH / IOSH working experience) ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
  • Deep knowledge of QMS, health & safety, and environmental standards for the Manufacturing sector.
  • Passion for driving change, with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Strong audit and process improvement expertise within internal auditor qualification, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Confidence in a hand on Quality position utilising quality tools such as 8D / 5Y / FMEA / RCA / ICA
