As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll provide essential classroom support to children who require additional assistance, helping them engage with the national curriculum and reach their full potential. You will have the flexibility to choose your preferred year groups (EYFS - Year 6) and select schools that are convenient to your location. Your daily tasks will include supporting class activities, assisting with individual learning plans, and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- A relevant qualification related to working with children in schools (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent).
- Proven experience supporting the national curriculum.
- Previous experience with SEN/SEMH is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
