H9 Human resources are looking on behalf of our client for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, offering an excellent opportunity to support a diverse workforce and contribute to the development of effective HR practices across the organization.



About the Role:

In this role, you will support employees and managers both at the head office and across the UK. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies. You'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies, while also fostering a positive working environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR-related queries, providing advice to both employees and managers
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding
  • Address employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary processes
  • Support performance management initiatives, including reviews and improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies
  • Assist with employee engagement and development programs


Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR advisory role
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving license (preferred)
