Job Title: Director of MIS and Data Systems Salary: £63,500 per annum plus very generous holiday allowance Location: Lancashire Type: Permanent Eden Brown are looking for a Director of MIS and Data Systems to shape the future of our management information and digital infrastructure on behalf of a leading further Education College in Lancashire.. As the Director of MIS and Data Systems, you will: * Lead the strategic development and management of our MIS (Management Information Systems) and data frameworks. * Have Responsibility for day-to-day management and monitoring the Colleges ESFA, OfS funding contracts, the submission of corporate returns, (including ILRs, HESEs etc.), forecasting, data quality and audit compliance. * Ensure the seamless integration of data systems that support the college's decision-making, compliance, and operational efficiency. * Oversee the design and implementation of data analytics to drive improvements in student outcomes and institutional performance. * Lead a talented team of IT professionals, ensuring effective service delivery and system integrity. * Stay ahead of technological trends to future-proof the college's IT infrastructure. What Were Looking For: * Significant experience of Education/Further Education funding and rules, and Individual Learner Record (ILR) * Proven leadership experience in MIS or Data Systems, ideally within education* A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex data and turn insights into actionable plans. * Expertise in database management, information governance, and reporting. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. * Experience of managing a budget and departmental resources If this is of interest or to find out more please apply now to avoid disappointment.
