Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Senior ICT Support Officer to join an expanding organisation in Lancashire. The role is a Permanent opportunity, paying around £33,000 per annum, and is a hybrid opportunity

The Role:

  • Responsible for providing first and second line support covering service desk and resolving at first contact whenever possible
  • Resolve hardware and software faults
  • Administration of ICT systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, VDI, Office 365 etc
  • Provide primary administrator functions and server administration for allocated systems
  • Carry out pre-installation checks and post implementation hand over
  • Liaise with Infrastructure and Development staff, and provide project support on small projects

The Person:

  • Significant experience in an IT support role
  • Strong technical skills and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong working knowledge of industry standard hardware/software as well as software licensing and asset management
  • Experienced with working with a virtual desktop environment
