About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Content & Food DeliveryIntegration Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital and operational strategies, managing engaging content for our digital platform to enhance TV screen displays and collaborating with top-tier food delivery platforms like Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development, scheduling, and maintenance of compelling TV screen content across all locations using the Digital platform.
• Ensure content is always relevant, engaging, and aligned with EG On The Moves brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver detailed performance reports that provide actionable insights into content effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimise TV screen content to maximize viewer engagement and drive measurable sales conversions.
• Craft and implement a results-oriented strategy to showcase and promote Food to Go brands on third-party platforms, including Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.
• Collaborate with food aggregator account managers to ensure optimal representation of the brands, from seamless menu integration to leveraging promotional opportunities.
• Boost customer engagement and sales by coordinating impactful deals, offers, and campaigns across aggregator platforms.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third-party aggregator teams to ensure smooth collaboration and effective execution.
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategies, content, and promotions.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance sales performance or improve operational efficiency.

Essential:

• Demonstrated experience in managing digital content platforms (such as Yodeck or similar) for large-scale organizations, ensuring engaging and effective content delivery.
• In-depth understanding of third-party food delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo) with proven ability to drive sales, engagement, and brand visibility through strategic use of these platforms.
• A sharp analytical mindset with experience in monitoring performance metrics, interpreting data, and adapting strategies to optimize outcomes.
• A resourceful and innovative approach to content development and operational challenges, ensuring fresh ideas and impactful execution.
• Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while thriving as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
