Our client, a leading construction and engineering firm are expanding their team due to requiring additional resources to help deal with demands of the business. They are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer who are happy to work fully remote, with occasional office visits (nationwide) every 3-4 months.

Please note you must have a driving licence and own vehicle to be considered due to the occasional office visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to an internal user base of around 300+
  • Log, triage and resolve incoming tickets remotely via email, phone and remote desktop
  • Software support including installation
  • Device builds and configurations
  • Manage user accounts, giving access and permissions where necessary
  • Ensuring efficient running's of all IT equipment

Technical Skillset:

  • Active Directory / Group Policies
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, OneDrive, Intune, SharePoint)
  • Windows 10/11 support
  • Sentinel One AV
  • Mimecast
  • Acronis backups
  • VOIP Services
