Your Role:

As a Senior IT Helpdesk Engineer, you'll be a key player in ensuring our IT operations run smoothly, supporting both internal teams and external clients. Your responsibilities will include:

? 3rd Line IT Support - Act as the escalation point for the 1st and 2nd Line teams.? Infrastructure Management - Design, implement, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and vitalisation technologies.? System Performance & Troubleshooting - Proactively monitor and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance.? Security & Compliance - Implement security best practices and ensure industry compliance.? Technical Leadership - Provide guidance to teams and end-users while documenting configurations, processes, and solutions.? Innovation & Improvement - Assess and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking For:

�? A problem-solving mindset with a passion for IT infrastructure and support.�? Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Vitalisation (VMware/Hyper-V), and Office 365.�?
