The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Examinations, Registry and Reception Team. You will be responsible to the Examinations, Registry and Reception Manager for co-ordinating the smooth running of examination activity for specific awarding bodies, including the administration of student registrations, assessments and examination entries, arranging resources and accommodation, as well as dealing with general day to day operational issues. Additionally, you will support the College Reception and Registry teams, ensuring they are appropriately staffed at all times.

What are we looking for.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who possesses a good standard of general education to at least NVQ level 3, or equivalent work experience and level 2 qualifications in English and maths.

You should have experience of operating a management information system relating to examination and registry data and knowledge of awarding bodies and their systems and procedures.
