  • 2+ Years in Credit Hire
  • Handling a caseload of files
  • Small to fast-track files
  • MOJ/OIC Portal claims
  • Multi track files (desirable)
  • Litigation (desirable)
As a Credit Hire File Handler, you are responsible for a caseload of claimant credit hire files ranging from small claims to fast track. Depending on your background, these claims can reach to multi track and can be a fully litigated caseload.You will utilise the MOJ/OIC Portal, collect witness statements and court evidence and liaise with third party clients to support your caseload. The files will involve credit hire and RTA matters.Company Benefits
