The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice and representation on all aspects of contentious probate, including but not limited to, Inheritance Act claims, disputes over wills, and executor and beneficiary disputes.Skills & Experience:- A qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE within private client matters- Some experience in contentious probate is necessary. - Strong litigation skills and a robust understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules- Excellent client care abilities, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team- Adept at negotiating and resolving disputes effectively- Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines- A proactive approach to business development and building client relationshipsThe firm prides itself on its supportive atmosphere, where solicitors can thrive and achieve their career aspirations.
