Job Summary

This is an amazing opportunity at a Market Leading Law Firm for a Residential Conveyancer to join the ever expanding team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating the smooth transfer of property ownership. Responsibilities- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to progress property transactions- Review and draft legal documents related to property conveyancing- Conduct property searches and investigate title deeds- Handle financial aspects of property transactions, including managing funds and completing financial statements- Ensure all legal requirements are met for property transfers

Skills- Proficient in conveyancing processes and regulations- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate property transactions effectively- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
