This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Residential Conveyancing team, managing a diverse caseload while contributing to the team’s success. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to clients while supporting business growth and development.The Role:As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential property transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a caseload independently, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Providing excellent client care, responding to correspondence promptly, and proactively managing cases.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Managing financial aspects of client work, adhering to billing targets, and maintaining profitability.
  • Taking an active role in business development to generate new work and convert enquiries into instructions.
  • Contributing to firmwide growth through cross-selling and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Utilising case management systems effectively to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient case progression.
