- Knowledge of relevant legislation around domestic abuse and family law, with a proven ability to conduct their own advocacy.
- Experience in legal aid work, and handling divorce and finance cases.
- Strong technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with case management software.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, a proactive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
