A Legal 500 firm in the North West is looking for an experienced Childcare Solicitor to head up and develop a team of childcare solicitors, while marketing the firm and generating new business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building and developing the Childcare department and its workload with a view to progress and drive the team forward
- Market the firm using excellent networking, communication and business development skills to generate new business

Skills and Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 7 years' PQE experience in Childcare, with a client following and proven business development skills
- Registered with the Law Society and Children Panel Membership
- Extensive experience with Childcare work and working knowledge of publicly funded Childcare work
- Excellent team player, able to approach concerns within a team fairly while fostering a culture of positive change
- Excellent client care skills and ability to deal with vulnerable clients
