- Drafting tax-efficient Wills tailored to clients’ individual needs.
- Providing inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice.
- Advising on the use of lifetime trusts, particularly in relation to care fee planning.
- Managing the administration of estates, including taxable estates.
- Handling the administration of trusts and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Making Court of Protection applications and advising on deputyship matters.
- A qualified Solicitor ideally 0-3 years PQE.
- Candidates with more experience or those looking to re-train from other areas of law are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical knowledge in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Tax Planning.
- A client-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive and commercially aware, with a keen interest in business development.
