The firm has a strong reputation for developing legal talent, providing clear career progression for those who are approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional.The Role:
  • Drafting tax-efficient Wills tailored to clients’ individual needs.
  • Providing inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice.
  • Advising on the use of lifetime trusts, particularly in relation to care fee planning.
  • Managing the administration of estates, including taxable estates.
  • Handling the administration of trusts and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Making Court of Protection applications and advising on deputyship matters.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified Solicitor ideally 0-3 years PQE.
  • Candidates with more experience or those looking to re-train from other areas of law are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Tax Planning.
  • A client-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive and commercially aware, with a keen interest in business development.
