Since then, growing rapidly across Blackburn as a regional firm and gaining an established client base.Due to expansion, we are looking to appoint a residential conveyancing fee earner to the Blackburn office. The ideal candidate must have experience in residential conveyancing and commercial property, running a caseload of files to completion.Candidate Criteria

Strong background in residential and commercial property
Freehold to leasehold sales and purchases, from registered to unregistered
Experience handling a caseload of matters from start to finish
Caseload includes opening files, advising clients of buying to selling, delivering excellent service to clients, mortgage lenders and estate agents
Handling completion to post completion matters
