Since then, growing rapidly across Blackburn as a regional firm and gaining an established client base.Due to expansion, we are looking to appoint a residential conveyancing fee earner to the Blackburn office. The ideal candidate must have experience in residential conveyancing and commercial property, running a caseload of files to completion.Candidate Criteria
  • Strong background in residential and commercial property
  • Freehold to leasehold sales and purchases, from registered to unregistered
  • Experience handling a caseload of matters from start to finish
  • Caseload includes opening files, advising clients of buying to selling, delivering excellent service to clients, mortgage lenders and estate agents
  • Handling completion to post completion matters
